Our services are rendered through a unique combination of business skills, technical prowess and unparalleled commitment that ensure noticeable safety and improvement in the automobile performance of our customers.

Tubeless Patching:

This is achieved in two ways. One simply involves the use of rubber stem to fill the injury on the tyre, while the other comprise a combination of the filling by rubber stem and sealing the inner liner with a repair unit. The process of filling or sealing usually follows the leak find, cleaning the inner liner, removing the damage, buffing, cementing and then repair.

Computerised Wheel Balancing:

A fully computerized method of diagnosing and correcting an imbalance in a vehicle wheel to eliminate wobbling from side to side in motion. This is achieved by mounting the tyre on a balancing machine which spins the wheel to locate the heavier part. This is then compensated for by attaching a lead weight to the opposite side. A tyre is out of balance when one section of the tyre is heavier than the other. Out-of-balance tyres can cause a vehicle to vibrate at certain speeds, usually at about 70 kilometers per hour. It can also cause a cupped wear pattern on the tyres.

Tyre and Wheel Runout Correction:

This describes any movement of the tyre/wheel assembly outside the vertical or horizontal plane. Up and down (vertical) is radial while side-to-side (horizontal) is known as lateral. Using our Dial indicator, we can detect such anomalies and do the correction through balancing

Computerized Wheel Alignment:

Basically, this is a computerized process of diagnosing and correcting a misaligned wheel(s) by adjusting the angles of the wheels so that they are perpendicular to the ground and parallel to each other. It is achieved by placing a vehicle on the alignment lift, checking for component abnormality, mounting the wheel clamps, reading off the measurements and making the necessary adjustments to the relevant under-parts and printing the result for the customer and future use.

Improper alignment can cause the following problems:

  • Premature wear of tyre reducing its life span
  • Reduced petrol mileage resulting in higher cost of car use.
  • Pulling of the car to one side instead of travelling straight ahead.

Tyre Shoulder/Sidewall Repairs:

Specific interest and examination is always taken on tyre shoulder and sidewalls both because of their importance to good tyre performance and with regard to the tyre profile. To adequately care for a bad tyre, the sidewall information, especially those relating to size, life span, load rating and speed rating is key.  Our technicians are well versed in reading and using such information for the benefit of customers

Tyre Rotation:

Tyre rotation is a process of interchanging the tyres of a vehicle either diagonally for AWD vehicles or Front-Back for directional tyres. It ensures that all four tyres in a vehicle wear equally and therefore elongates tyre usage period. It is sometimes manufacturer-specified but usually at about every 10,000 kms. As a result, we advise our customer on the need to carry out tyre rotation on a regular basis.

Brake Pad Checking/Replacement:

To ensure that your brakes are perfect condition, it is advisable to check them regularly during tyre rotation i.e. at 10,000 kms intervals. Also, in the process of balancing and aligning a wheel, bad brake pads may surface. These can be identified and replaced (if need be) prior to the wheel correction.

Tyre Pressure Monitoring:

Apart from the old ways of gauging and inflation of tyres, new technology sensor is now being incorporated on vehicle wheels, especially for luxury passenger cars and SUVs, which monitors the speed of the vehicles anti-brake lock system to determine if a considerable difference exists in tyre pressure.  We do have special equipment for diagonising the tyre and readjusting the air pressure levels.
